The construction products industry faces major challenges: declining construction activity, increasing regulatory pressure and limited research capacities, especially among SMEs. This is precisely where our R.A.U.M. research project – Resources, Atmospheres, Environments and People – comes in.

The establishment of the R.A.U.M.-Labor Euregio Meuse-Rhine is creating a virtual-real competence and application centre that brings together business and science. The aim is to develop forward-looking products and processes in partnership for a sustainable construction products industry.
