ITA GmbH, in collaboration with the TFI – Institute for Soil and Spatial Systems at RWTH Aachen University, will host the digital Innovation Day “Solutions for Challenging Environments in the Construction Industry” on November 5, 2026.

The focus is on innovative solutions for a more sustainable and resilient construction industry. Experts from research, industry, and the field provide insights into current developments and present concrete approaches for transforming the construction industry.

The diverse program ranges from circular value creation concepts to innovative materials and sustainable manufacturing processes, all the way to solutions for adapting to climate change:

The event will begin with a welcome address and an introduction to the ITA Reinforced! Network. To conclude, TFI and ITA will provide insights into the collaboration between research and the construction industry and highlight ways in which research can lead to concrete innovations.
