The small flame test determines the ignitability of a product. The surface and/or sample edge is exposed to a small flame (match size) in a vertical position. This test is essential for the classification according to EN 13501-1 and the CE marking.

  • Resilient, textile, laminate and modular mechanical locked floor coverings (MMF)– Essential characteristics according to DIN EN 14041
  • Surfaces for sports areas – Indoor surfaces for multi-sports use – Specification according to DIN EN 14904
  • Parquet and wood flooring – Characteristics, evaluation of conformity and marking according to DIN EN 14904
  • Decorative wall coverings-rolls and panel form according DIN EN 15102
